Here at holidayhotels.com, we pride ourselves on our local in-resort rep service dedicated to enhancing the holiday experience. We firmly believe that our guests want the comfort of having a local contact person available should they require it, but to be left alone if not. The majority of our reps are local and they have a wealth of knowledge about their holiday destination. Their focus is to ensure that all of our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable, stress-free holiday. This complimentary in-resort service is provided by our sister company Medhotels.com.

notice boards/information book

In each hotel that we feature, there will be either a Medhotels notice board or an information book located in the reception area or Reps room. The notice board will display all relevant local contact and emergency numbers. There will also be a selection of resort information and excursion details.

Our local reps have collected together a wealth of information for the benefit of our guests, both specific to their resort and general holiday suggestions.

group welcome

Our local reps look forward to meeting our guests at the welcome meeting. They will present a short introduction to their resort and will cover everything that guests need to know to ensure a great holiday.

NB: Some hotel visits may be by appointment only; This will be detailed on the notice board.

excursions

Every holiday destination has its own unique features. To experience the local attractions, the best way is to arrange a local excursion. Our local reps are there to assist our guests choose the right excursion for them.

health & safety

Important health & safety Information will be displayed on the notice board or in the information book. Guests are asked to locate this information and take note on local precautions, which will help them maintain their wellbeing at all times.
