Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa is a paradise resort in Ocho Rios in Jamaica, which is located in the heart of the north-coast region defined by fern-clad cliffs and cascading waterfalls, not far from where Columbus first landed more than 500 years ago. This charming resort town is just 90 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport.The resort comprises 730 rooms and suites. Guests can choose from different room categories: Resort View: Each room features a private balcony overlooking the resort or Ocho Rios. Rooms are located in the north and south towers. Ocean View: Peer into the lush hillside from your balcony or catch a glimpse of the sparkling Caribbean from the north or south towers. Ocean Front: Both north and south towers boast these lavish, beachfront rooms, all with a private balcony. Cabana Beach Front: King-sized beds and private patios distinguish these superb rooms, located in the two-story Cabana wing along the South Pointe Beachfront. Recommended for wedding couples and honeymooners, the maximum occupancy is two adults. All the rooms have private balconies, wooden furniture and cool tile floors. All include either a king size or two double beds; modern bathroom amenities; in-room safes; direct-dial telephones with voicemail; iron boards; hairdryer; colour satellite televisions and individually controlled air conditioning.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:00-14:30) and dinner (18:30-22:00), all buffet style, served in the open-air restaurant The Grand Palm. Also at the disposal of the AI guests from 18:00or18:30-22:00 and with prior reservation are the Ginger Lily (Asian & Caribbean favourites), the La Diva (Italian cuisine), the Dining on South Beach (Caribbean/New American dishes) as well as the Jamalicious café (11:00-19:00, with island & American favourites). Snacks such as sandwiches, grill and Jamaican Jerk specialties along with drinks are available between 10:00 & 01:00 at the South Beach Bar & Grill and Lighthouse Bar & Grill. Just Jamaica beach party takes place every Tuesday evening with a sumptuous buffet. The Sunset Jamaica Grande hotel 730 beautifully decorated and well-equipped rooms and suites feature a bathroom with hairdryer, air-conditioning, king size bed or two double beds, safe, direct dial telephone with voicemail, ironing facilities, satellite TV and private balcony. Disabled rooms are also available.
NB: Certain activities will incur a local charge and a dress code is applicable at certain eateries where men are required to wear long trousers.
