The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00, with A la minute corner for eggs & omelettes), lunch (12:30-15:00, with live cooking station & pasta), kids dinner (17:00-17:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30, with A’ la minute section & pasta station), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant Red Sea. Early breakfast takes place in Patio restaurant from 05:00-07:00 and late breakfast is from 10:00-12:00 at the Italian restaurant Toscani. Lunch can be taken as well at the swimming pool area (12:00-15:30, BBQ) and the beach bar (12:00-15:00, as snacks).
