The Panorama hotel, as the names suggests, has magnificent all-round views of the bay of Chania and the historic islet of Thodorou. And the hinterland is the imposing White Mountains that overlook the green valleys surrounding the hotel. This exclusive and luxurious beach hotel has recently been refurbished with ceramics and pastel shades combining to reflect the islands rich history.
The Panorama is owned by the Leptos Calypso hotel group that also own the prestigious five star Thalassa and Coral Beach hotels in Paphos, Cyprus.
Room types range from Standard to Superior and Suites beautifully appointed from mountain to sea view.
Panorama Blue is a unique 35-room wing that consists of two types of accommodation. The Garden Superior Rooms (with a terrace) and the Garden Deluxe with Pool - which have a terrace and access to a shared pool right on their doorstep, and the suites. The Family Rooms are located in the 60-room second building of the hotel. Clients accommodated to those rooms will only be using the facilities of the Panorama Hotel. Due to their bigger size and the garden area in front of them, are ideal for families. All rooms and suites have a balcony or terrace, and a private bathroom with shower. They are fully air-conditioned and centrally heated, with satellite TV, mini bar, safe box, direct dial telephone, razor plug and hairdryer.
The décor reflects the simple elegance of the Mediterranean that rests the eye and pleases the senses. Most rooms are twin bedded although some have double beds (on request).The hotel is located 19 km from Chania airport, 10 Km from the Souda Bay Port and 162 km from the Heraklion airport.
Each room has individually controlled air-conditioning, marble bathroom, hairdryer and shaver socket, full length mirror, telephone, radio and satellite television, mini-bar, safety deposit box, room service. Each room also has a terrace or balcony. Cot can be requested free of charge.
Note: The executive wing of the hotel has a minimum age restriction – NO under 16 year olds are allowed in the Garden Superior sea view and Garden Deluxe pool, sea view rooms.

The hotel features a main restaurant, traditional Greek Taverna, main bar and coffee shop, beach cafe, and 2 pool bars. Services available are laundry and valet service, free parking, babysitting, health club, hair salon, TV room, gift shop, souvenir shop, newsagent, currency exchange, bookstore, doctor on call, and tour booking service.
Activities either on or nearby the hotel include 3 swimming pools and 1 childrens pool, Public sandy beach with sunloungers, childrens playground, tennis, table tennis, basketball, paragliding, windsurfing, water skiing, mini cruises, archaeological tours and jeep safaris (extra charge through the hotel).
Wi-fi internet connection is available throughout the hotel. Internet corner available free of charge to guests.
