The hotel is built 50 meters from the beach in Kiotari on the southeast coast of Rhodes Island. Its spacious and comfortable rooms and bungalows are ideal for couples and families who seek for a memorable holiday experience. Since 1998 the hotel is specialized in the All-Inclusive program, and with all the experience invites guests to explore the various facilities in the property.The hotel consists of 428 rooms in main building and bungalows. All of them are fully air conditioned with individual control/heating and equipped with private bathroom with bathtub/shower and hairdryer, satellite TV with international channels, music/ radio, direct dial telephone, mini bar, safety boxes available in reception (payable locally),
hairdryer and balcony or veranda.The AI programme runs between 07:00 & 24:00; last order is at 24:00. For lunch basket and early Continental breakfast, order is required one day in advance at the reception, before 20:00. During dinner time dress code applies (shorts are not allowed in the main restaurant). For afternoon maid service (on request), contact the reception.The hotel is located 60 km from Rhodes airport (RHO), 60 Km from Rhodes Town, 15 Km from Lindos Village, 60 Km from the Port and 50m from the beach (hotel beach awarded with blue flag). Ultra All Inclusive
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at the main restaurant. Lunch & Dinner at the Greek/Italian Tavern “Varka” (reservations required). Dinner at the Greek a la Carte restaurant and the Chinese restaurant (reservations required). Main bar (or Lobby bar) (17:00–01:00). Beer, wine, soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cocktails, alcoholic and not alcoholic drinks, spirits, fruity cocktails (non alcoholic) for children. International brand drinks available. Gelateria (10:00-24:00). Hot and cold snacks between the meals. Cafe Vienna (16:30-17:30) small dessert buffet and coffees. Pool Bar (10:00-18:00). Beach Bar (10:00-18:00). Amphitheatre (20:00-24:00) opens from 15th of May (outdoor area) till end of October daily for the evening animation program and offers drinks. Mini bar is refilled every other day with mineral water, beers and soft drinks. Room service is available till 23:00 for all guests (menu available in rooms) at 3,00 Euro charge per order just for the service. Animation, daily activities, every evening a different show including a Greek folklore night and Karaoke, billiards, canoes and windsurfing (only with certificate), WiFi in the lobby, Mini Club with experienced staff, playground in a separate area and water slides for adults and gym (basic) is also included. All inclusive is valid TILL PICK UP TIME at the departure day and not till check out time which is 12:00 noon. Lunch basket is available on request free of charge.

Sport facilities at the hotel include use of the three tennis courts, fitness room (10:00-14:00 & 17:00-20:00), billiards, table tennis, beach soccer, beach volley, water polo, darts, waterslides, canoes & wind surfing (certificate required), umbrellas & sun beds, beach & pool towels (deposit required - credit card), one indoor and three outdoor pools (10:00-19:00), electronic game area, TV area and bridge area. The multilingual animation team provides day & night activities & games like musicals, cabarets, sketches, shows, competition games, demonstrations, etc, once per week Greek Orchestra with local dancers, every two weeks karaoke show, mini club with trained staff, variety of programmes & activities for children, children’s pool, play ground, water slides and separate TV room (in mini club), mini club for children aged 4-12 yrs and junior club (12-16 yrs). Both clubs are open from 10:00-12:30 & 14:30-18:30.Floodlight tennis, use of internet, the new SPA centre (body & face treatments) as well as room service (products are free, charge for the service) are available at a charge.Amongst the hotel facilities & services is sun terrace, water sport centre (with water skiing, jet skiing, banana boat, catamaran, rowboat, sailing and scuba diving)(all water sports extra charge payable locally), badminton, archery, sauna and massage available at the new spa area in the property, large lounge.The Mitsis Rodos Maris was completely renovated during Winter 2009 with upgrades to the main restaurant, lobby/reception area, main entrance, all guest rooms, Gelateria (new bar and new theatre for the indoor shows), Lobby bar and TV room.

All rooms are decorated in contemporary style, and include individual air-conditioning and heating, private bathrooms with bathtub, hairdryer, 2nd telephone in bathroom, direct-dial telephone, mini fridge, Satellite TV, radio, safe deposit box (with charge), balcony or terrace.
