Guests at the Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa are certainly left spoilt for choice in both the leisure facilities and selection of eating outlets available to them. To begin with, there are three swimming pools, namely a large garden pool, a childrens' pool with water slides and an 'infinity pool', as well as a poolside Jacuzzi. There is plenty of space to relax on the various sun decks, as well as on the hotel's private beach. For the more energetic, there is a choice of beach volleyball, two floodlit tennis courts, two glass squash courts and a wide selection of watersports. In addition, there is the life fitness gym featuring an extensive range of cardiovascular equipment. Arguably the finest feature, however, at least for those in search of cosseting and complete relaxation, is the fabulous Elixir Spa, which offers a variety of physical tonics to counter the stresses of everyday life, and an extensive programme of fitness activities and body therapies. Apart from personal trainers on hand to tailor a personal fitness regime, guests can luxuriate under the Tropical Rain and Cold Fog Shower, relax in a Middle Eastern-style steam bath or a Moroccan style sauna, or stimulate their reflexes with a Vichy shower.
