Building Works/ Construction / Offsite / Visual Impact / Moderate: Some visual evidence of work, but not intrusive / Building work is taking place adjacent to the El Pueblo Tamlelt to construct a new hotel, which is still in shell form. This will be a 4-storey building and 3 storeys have already been constructed. The construction site is partially screened off, however, some noise and visual disturbance may be experienced in areas close to the work. The hotelier remains committed to ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay and will endeavour to allocate rooms away from the work, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
