The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-09:30), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant The Choices. During meals mineral water, local spirits, soft drinks, beer and juices (cordials) are offered. Theme buffets take place during dinner time (Asian, Sri Lankan, Barbecue, Italian, International). Snacks such as hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches, pasta, French fries, etc along with salad buffet and tropical fruit corner are available between 12:00 & 15:00 at the pool bar, as well as midnight snacks from 23:45-24:15 at the lounge bar. Tea & coffee buffet is located in the main restaurant from 06:30-22:00 and from 12:30-17:30 at the pool side restaurant, while cakes & cookies time is from 16:30-17:30 at the pool side restaurant as well. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, brandy, vodka, gin, rum, whisky & arrack, cordials, cocktails, juices, soft drinks, soda, mineral & sparkling water and tap water are served by the glass from 10:00-24:00 at the pool/beach bar Bay Watch (10:00-18:00), the cocktail bar (20:00-24:00), the lounge bar The Pavilion (09:00-24:00) and the restaurant bar (during meal hours).
