The Beaulieu Residence is a ground-floor apartment 78 square metres in size and comprises an open-plan living/dining room exiting onto the terrace, a modern open-plan kitchen comprising new top-quality appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave) and fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, and en-suite bathroom; the other with two single beds and door leading onto the terrace , an entrance hall with two fold-away bunk beds, a second bathroom, ample built-in cupboards and Satellite television.
