Food, drink and entertainment; there are 7 restaurants (4 non smoking), Dress code is casual in restaurants, snacks and drinks are available at all 8 of the hotel bars throughout the day and evening. Full entertainment programme is provided throughout the day and night. The hotel boasts an international Casino and a theatre with a capacity of 800 persons. Sports, games and activities; 2 swimming pools, sun terraces with ample loungers and parasols, games room, fitness centre, mini-soccer field, water polo , pool volleyball, Spa (charges for various treatments and sessions will apply) , climbing wall, 2 tennis courts, trapeze course, sailing course, diving course (courses are paid for locally) and kayaking. For the kids; mini-club (4-12 years), children’s pool, mini-disco, mini-football. Additional; currency exchange, laundry service, shops, tour desk, internet centre (local charge), beauty centre, doctor service, business centre, golf fee/tee off booking desk, 24 hour reception and maid service.

All 798 rooms in the Barcelo Punta Cana hotel are well decorated as befitting the hotel’s 4* status and provide a relaxing luxurious base for your holiday. All standard rooms feature air-conditioning/heating, telephone, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe deposit box, tea/coffee making facilities, mini bar (soft drinks only), CD player, cable television. All standard rooms are offered with balcony or terrace. Deluxe rooms are equipped as standard with upgraded amenities including 32” Plasma television and all are themed Caribbean rooms decorated in vibrant Caribbean colours and fabrics. Deluxe Ocean view is as Deluxe with magnificent uninterrupted Ocean view. Suites are available too and guests are offered all Premium Club Facilities. All rooms are less than 100m from the beach.
